The "R" in adoRe

The "R" in AdoRe:   1. Jesus I adoRe you because you are the RADIANCE of God's glory and the exact REPRESENTATION  of his being.   "In the past God spoke to our forefathes through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe. The Son is the RADIANCE of God's glory and the EXACT REPRESENTATION of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word." Hebrews 1:1-3     2. I adoRe you, Jesus, because you gave your life as a RANSOM (the price or payment demanded or paid...a redemption from sin and its consequences.......to obtain the release of a person by paying a certain price)   "..the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and to give his life as a RANSOM for many." Matthew 20:28   "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a RANSOM for all men." 1 Timothy 2:5    3. I adoRe you, Jesus, because you are REAL!!!   "For my flesh is REAL FOOD and my body is REAL drink."  John 6:55   4. Jesus, I adoRe you because you have RECONCILED me.   "God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God's wrath through him! For if, when we were God's enemies we were RECONCILED to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having een RECONCILED, shall we be saved through his life." Romans 5:8-10   "If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who RECONCILED us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of RECONCILIATION: that God was RECONCILING the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. ...We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be RECONCILED to God. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God." 2 Corinthians 5:17-21   5. I adoRe you, because you REDEEM, you are a REFUGE, you REIGN, you RENEW, you are the RESURRECTION, you REWARD, you are RIGHTEOUS, you RESCUE, you are a ROCK, you are ROYAL, etc................ and on and on and on......You are worthy of all our RESPECT and REVERENCE.   Blessings from Bombadil.
