"Engrossed"

"Time is short.............From now on ........those who use the things of this world, as if not ENGROSSED in them. For this world in its present form is passing away." 1 Corinthians 7:29 & 31   Engrossed- occupy the complete attention of ; absorb wholly   May we ENJOY  the "things of this world." May we USE the things of this world. But may we hold them loosely not giving them our entire and complete attention ,but simply using them to be a blessing and bring glory to God. May we guard our hearts from becoming too engrossed that we fail to be used in advancing the kingdom of God. Blessing from Bombadil.
